Amoura Returns Policy
At Amoura, we take great care to ensure every piece is quality checked and carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Because we offer our jewelry at exceptionally affordable prices, we are unable to accept returns simply for change of mind, preference, or incorrect size choice.
When Returns Are Accepted
In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), returns may be accepted if:
- The item is defective or faulty.
- You received the wrong product compared to your order.
- The product does not match its description.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Return
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your item qualifies.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Our team will inspect the item before confirming a refund.
Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
Exclusions
- Sale items and promotional offers are final, unless defective under CPA rules.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less delivery fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
